| Operation & Maintenance AMC Contract for HVAC system Equipment’s of Plant. Facility Manager (Site In charge) must take updates for day-to-day Activities & work plan & daily Interact with FCM Team. Field manager/back-office support person must have to visit site once in Monthly basis for discussion and review of site activities. Monthly basis safety Instructions & other Trainings by Professional Trainer who must visit from back office on Monthly Basis o review all parameter, site process confirmation and submitting all monthly KPIs and out puts. All Operational Process confirmation checklist must be fulfilled as per user requirement to monitor operational control and KPI monitoring. |
