In this role, you will contribute to expanding Company’s presence in domestic B2B markets by
promoting our packaging solutions to target industries and building strong customer relationships. As a
field-based professional, you will specifically cover assigned sales territories and customer locations within North Gujarat. You will manage the sales process from lead generation and customer engagement to order closure while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
You will also track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, while providing regular updates and insights to support the regional sales strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities
● Promote Company’s rigid plastic packaging product range to domestic B2B customers
across target industries such as lubricants, adhesives, chemicals, and other industrial packaging
users.
● Conduct daily on-site visits to existing and prospective customers to present product portfolios.
● Identify and approach new customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and bulk industrial
buyers, to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
● Handle customer inquiries, understand technical and commercial requirements, prepare quotations,
and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and
consistent order volumes.
● Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure product availability,
accurate documentation, timely delivery, and smooth order execution.
● Monitor competitor offerings, market pricing, and customer demand trends in the industrial
packaging segment and share insights with the Regional Sales Manager.
● Maintain sales MIS, order trackers, and pipeline reports to ensure clear visibility of sales
performance and opportunities.
● Ensure all daily sales activities, customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates are
properly documented and reported in the daily sales report or CRM system.
● Support client meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions within the assigned
sales region.
