- Responsibilities ● Maintain lead conversion analytics, monitor performance, and review reasons for lost opportunities. ● Understand the upcoming residential, commercial and other projects and gather relevant information about their RMC needs. ● Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects / new projects in designated areas ● Timely follow-up of leads and close the leads.
- Key Skills ● Negotiate and finalize order terms, including changes where required. ● Mark accepted enquiries, ensure customer code is active/unblocked/created, and proceed with sales order generation. ● Co-ordinate with dispatch and production team for timely dispatch ● Resolve customer queries and/or complaints in a timely manner by coordinating with Production, Dispatch & QC.
- Requirements ● Prepare and present comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the assigned region. ● Maintain and update brochures, grade/application guides, and QC capability showcases. ● Support digital campaigns, events, and enquiries targeting contractors, developers, and premium-paying clients. ● Enhance brand visibility and customer perception through targeted campaigns and awareness initiatives.
